Our Commitment
CyberLiver Limited is committed to ensuring that the AlcoChange website (alcochange.com) is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continually work to improve the user experience for all visitors.
What We Do
To support accessibility across this website, we have taken the following measures:
- Structuring content with semantic HTML, including proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and labelled form controls
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content, including descriptive alt text for images
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and background elements
- Designing the website to be fully navigable using a keyboard alone

Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, we recognise that some areas of the website may not yet fully meet every criterion. Known limitations include:
- Some older PDF documents available for download may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these and provide accessible alternatives where possible.
- Third-party content or embedded services may not conform to the same accessibility standards. We select third-party providers with accessibility in mind, but we cannot guarantee full compliance for content outside our direct control.
We are actively working to address these limitations and will update this statement as improvements are made.
