You can submit a DSAR or exercise any of your data protection rights by contacting us using one of the following methods:
There is no charge for submitting a DSAR. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. In such cases, we may also refuse to comply with the request.
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following information:
If you are submitting a request on behalf of another individual, we will need written authorisation from that individual confirming that you are acting on their behalf, along with proof of identity for both parties.
We will respond to your request within one calendar month of receiving it. If your request is particularly complex or we have received a large number of requests, we may extend this period by up to two additional months. If an extension is necessary, we will inform you within the first month and explain the reason for the delay.
We will provide the information you have requested in a commonly used electronic format, unless you request otherwise.
In certain circumstances, the UK GDPR permits us to withhold some or all of the personal data requested. This may apply where disclosure would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other individuals, or where a legal exemption applies. If we rely on an exemption, we will explain the reason to you.
If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach the ICO, so please contact us in the first instance.
